Trainee Accountant + Study Support
Dudley
£18,000 to £23,000
Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client who provides expert accountancy, taxation, and business advisory services to individuals and businesses of all sizes. The firm has a positive work environment which leads to low staff turnover, ensuring clients work with the same team year after year, building a deep understanding of their personal and business requirements. They are currently hiring a Trainee Accountant to join the team.
Role Requirements -
* Ideally, the candidate should be completing their A Levels and looking for an apprenticeship opportunity
* A good understanding of basic mathematical principles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
* A keen interest in pursuing a career in accountancy
* Willingness to work in a busy, fast-paced local accountancy practice
Person Requirements -
* Enthusiasm to undertake study towards an AAT or ACCA qualification with full support provided
* Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
