Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a respected and established accounting firm dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to a wide range of clients. With an emphasis on professionalism, precision, and client satisfaction, we have earned a strong reputation in the industry. They are now looking for a talented and experienced Accountant in Practice to join our team.
Role Requirements -
* Manage a portfolio of clients while fostering strong professional relationships.
* Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Conduct financial analysis and review client data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
* Offer advice and guidance to clients on financial matters and compliance requirements.
* Assist clients with tax planning, preparation, and filing.
* Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
* Keep up to date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Engage in professional development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Person Requirements -
* At least 3 years of experience as an Accountant in Practice.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
* Proficiency in using accounting software such as Iris and Xero.
* Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Delivering a wide range of accounting services to their clients
* Manage a portfolio of clients, analyse financial data, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
