Your New Role as Accounts Assistant:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider team by delivering high-quality financial services to a range of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional practice setting and to further your career in accounting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns and bookkeeping tasks.
* Supporting the preparation of management accounts and other client deliverables.
* Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide assistance where needed.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate records.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or studying towards their qualification, with experience in an accountancy practice environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
