Accounts Assistant - Honiton
up to £27,000 - Permanent
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a close-knit finance team. You will support the Senior Finance Assistant in preparing year-end accounts, maintaining multi-currency cashflows, and handling customer and supplier accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in year-end accounts preparation
* Manage multi-currency cashflows, payments, and reconciliations
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Arrange and oversee multi-currency bank payments
* Maintain and reconcile financial spreadsheets
* Assist on the purchase and sales ledger transactions
Key Skills & Attributes:
* AAT 3 qualified or equivalent experience in a finance related role.
* Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Excel is essential
