Butler Rose is excited to partner with a fast-growing, multi-award-winning mid-sized firm in Milton Keynes, currently in an exciting growth phase after joining a large European firm network. Despite this growth, they continue to maintain a family-feel culture and are committed to supporting their team's development.
They are looking for an Audit Trainee to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work towards a professional qualification, and develop key skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assigned to specific audits, ensuring they are performed effectively and efficiently, adhering to current procedures and software tools.
* Manage your daily task list and ensure information is processed in a timely manner using specialist online tools.
* Maintain a consistent, high level of service for clients, ensuring audit work meets a high standard for manager review.
* Support the integration of new clients and help maintain compliant records and accurate reconciliations.
* Deal with client phone calls and correspondence following company guidelines.
* Ensure software tools are used to deliver outstanding service, and achieve personal software certifications within agreed timescales.
Who we're looking for:
* ACA/ACCA students (or keen to study)
* We can also consider strong accounting and finance graduates with less experience
* Strong numerical & analytical skills
