Semi Senior Accountant
Coventry
Salary £28,000 - £33,000
Butler Rose are pleased to be representing our client an established firm based in Coventry. This is a great opportunity to grow your skill-set with career growth opportunities.
Role Requirements -
* To manage the process of preparing and submitting accounts for a variety of limited companies. sole traders and charities.
* To prepare and finalise accounts and tax returns.
* To manage the process of VAT returns for a variety of businesses.
* To prepare other financial documents such as cashflow forecasts and management accounts.
Person Responsibilities -
* This role requires a minimum of 3/4 years of experience in a UK small/medium sized accountancy practice.
* You must be able to confidently manage a portfolio of clients from start to completion and be able to prepare accounts and VAT returns independently.
* You will be the main point of contact for clients and need to provide an excellent service as well communicate in a timely manner.
* You will delegate to, train and review work of juniors.
* You will follow standard processes and improve and enhance them.
