Job description
Butler Rose is pleased to be working with an established and highly reputable business looking for a skilled finance professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance function and make a meaningful impact while furthering your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, including analysis and commentary.
* Assist in the production of financial reports and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
* Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and maintained.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide ad hoc financial support and insights to operational teams.
About You
* Active Studier / Part Qual (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reports and meeting deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
* Proficient in using finance systems and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
* A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
