Accounts Semi-Senior

£25,000 to £30,000
Butler Rose Public Practice is excited to support a leading accountancy firm in their search for a full-time, experienced, and motivated Accounts Semi-Senior to join their successful and growing team. This firm boasts a diverse portfolio of business clients, and their partners bring a wealth of expertise in handling the wide range of commercial challenges their clients face.
Role Responsibilities:
* General accounts preparation and bookkeeping
* Preparation of monthly/quarterly VAT returns
* Assisting with year-end accounts
* Accounts administration
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in practice
* AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA, or qualified by experience
* Experience with cloud-based software like Xero and Sage is a plus
* Strong academic background
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical and numerical abilities
* High attention to detail
