Financial Controller - Multi-Location Business
Location: Chester
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + Benefits
Are you a commercially astute Financial Controller looking for a dynamic role within a multi-location business? Butler Rose is partnering with a thriving organisation seeking a hands-on finance professional to lead their financial operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial management and reporting for multiple business locations.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage and develop a small finance team.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar leadership role in a multi-site environment.
* Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
