Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager

Are you an experienced Accounts Senior or Assistant Manager looking for the next step in your career? Role Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounts preparation services.
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP.
* Support clients with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and tax compliance.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing development support.
* Work closely with managers and directors, providing insight and recommendations on client matters.
* Assist with budgeting, billing, and client fee management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
Personal Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong experience in accounts preparation.
* Experience working with a variety of clients across different sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax legislation.
* Ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members.
* Ambitious with a desire to progress to Assistant Manager or beyond.
