Are you a newly qualified CIMA/ACCA professional looking for a dynamic finance role with real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where finance plays a key role in strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and cost analysis.
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business performance.
* Helping improve processes and financial reporting to support operational efficiency.
* Working on ad-hoc projects that require a mix of commercial and analytical skills.
What We're Looking For:
* CIMA/ACCA newly qualified
* Experience in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering.
* Strong Excel skills
* A self-starter with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
