Client Relationship Manager
Cumbria (multiple office locations)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus paid every 6 months
Are you an experienced accountancy professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? A well-established, multi-award-winning accountancy practice in Cumbria is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join its growing team.

The Role
* Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with proactive and tailored advice.
* Provide expert guidance on financial, tax, and business strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive accounting and advisory services.
* Identify opportunities to enhance client success through innovative financial solutions.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain the highest service standards.
About You
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE) with solid experience in practice.
* A strong communicator, able to build trusted relationships with clients.
* Business-minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledgeable in accounting, tax, and financial strategy.
* Confident in working with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.
