Accounts Trainee
£21,000 - £24,000

Butler Rose, Public Practice, are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly reputable and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Wolverhampton that are keen to appoint a Trainee Accountant to complement the existing team
Role Requirements -
* Draft preparation of year end financial statements under FRS102-1A and FRS105 for a diverse range of clients including LTD Co., sole traders and partnerships
* Computations for corporation tax (CT600) and submission to the HMRC
* Quarterly VAT returns for clients
* Management accounts reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Support on audit-based assignments as and when required by the partners
Person Requirements -
* At least 1+ years' experience within practice performing a range of accounting duties
* AAT qualified or active later stage studier and /or studying towards the ACCA
* Experience of using accounting software packages ideally to include IRIS, XERO, Quickbooks and Sage
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with practice experience to embark on the next stage in their development where a broad range of accounting duties will be exploited plus the opportunity to be supported through studies towards a recognised accountancy qualification.
