Corporate Insolvency Manager / Senior Manager
Manchester
Up to £55,000
Butler Rose are pleased to be working with a brilliant firm of insolvency specialists, who are looking to add a manager or senior manager to their team - ideally this person will have strong experience within corporate insolvency, with some experience in management (the firm are also open to someone who has been ready to step into management and has strong insolvency experience at Senior Administrator level and above).
Summary of duties:
* Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency cases
* Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
* Prepare necessary documentation and statutory reports
* Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
* Support more junior members of the team, reviewing work, training
Benefits:
* Hybrid working of 1 day per week. Also open to discussing other flexible options
* 25 days holiday (plus bank hols)
* Option to purchase another 5 days holiday
* 5% Employers Pension Contribution
* Death in service
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong experience in corporate insolvency
* Ideally management experience (desirable, not essential)
* Solid understanding of insolvency legislation and processes
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally to clients and colleagues
