VAT Senior - Top 10 firm
Central London & Work from Home
Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly prominent, award winning, TOP 10 firm of accountants that due to an expansion of their VAT team are eager to appoint a suitable skilled and experienced VAT Senior on a permanent basis.
Role Requirements -
* As a VAT Senior you will take responsibility for managing more complex queries from clients and provide appropriate advice.
* You will continue to work to deliver research on either the client themselves or their particular VAT issue, broadening your knowledge of intricate VAT legislation and supporting both the junior staff with their work and with the requirements of the management team.
* At all times you will look to proactively support and service existing clients and international contacts and grow and develop existing and new relationships and the reputation of the firm in VAT across a wide range of business sectors.
* Propety VAT experience will be benefiial but not essential
* This role is ideal for someone wanting to move to advisory, starting off with complex compliance and transitioning over
Person Requirements -
* Ideally 1-3+ years gained in a similar role with a focus towards VAT related obligations working for a well-established and sized accountancy firm.
* This role is based both locally in London an work from home offering hybrid
* In terms of qualification, this role will look at AAT and CTA candidates, either at part qual or fully qual level
